ONE-TIME PIN All users who log in to the website will be sent a one-time pin (OTP) to access the portal. As a new feature, clients will be given the option to receive their OTP via SMS, WhatsApp, or via email, using the information we have on record. Confirmation Login Email With each successful log in, users will receive a confirmation email, sent to the email address on record. It is important to highlight that these features rely on your details being up-to-date on our system to work correctly.
