behalf of our Seller / Refinery with given terms and conditions
and confirm Seller / Refinery's readiness and willingness to
supply demanded products and issue a Full  Corporate Offer and
then straight to Sales Purchase Agreement upon acceptance
of  terms and conditions stipulated herein for the below
products.
JPA1, D2, D6, JP54, AND EN590 ETC..

We JSC  "NOVOIL"  also currently have LCO AND EN590 Currently at
high sea ready to be lifted by any serious and ready Buyer and
will do our best to give our clients and End-Buyer maximum
satisfaction and help close a good deal with our Seller.
